Thomas R. Constabile, Jr. is a founding partner of the law firm McMillan, Constabile, Maker & Perone, LLP in Larchmont, New York.

Mr. Constabile was born in New York City and attended New York City public schools, including the prestigious Bronx High School of Science. He went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from the College of the Holy Cross in 1964 which he attended on academic scholarship. He earned the degree of Juris Doctor from NYU Law school in 1967.

Mr. Constabile began his career in private practice in New York City. He went on to serve as Assistant General Counsel to Dynamics Corporation of America, a former New York Stock Exchange listed company, before founding his current firm with his partner Stewart J. McMillan.

Mr. Constabile's primary areas of practice are in commercial and corporate law, civil litigation, construction law and employment law.

Mr. Constabile resides in Larchmont, New York where he and his wife, Sandy, raised their five grown children.
