Gary M. Rikoon is the managing partner of the firm.

He was admitted to practice law in New York in 1978 and is a member of the trusts and estates and elder law sections of the New York State Bar Association.

Mr. Rikoon received a B.A. in history, cum laude and with honors, from the University of Pennsylvania in 1971. He received a J.D. from Emory University School of Law in 1977.

From November 1971 until August 1974, Mr. Rikoon was on active duty as an officer in the United States Naval Reserve. During that period, he served on the USS Robert A. Owens (DD-827) and in the legal office at the Norfolk Naval Station.

Mr. Rikoon has been an active member of the Rotary Club of New Rochelle, New York since 1982. He served as its Treasurer from 1984 through 1993, its President in 1999-2000 and has been a member of its board of directors from 2001 to the present. Mr. Rikoon is a Rotary International Paul Harris Fellow and in 1998 was the recipient of the New Rochelle Rotary Club’s Service Above Self Award. He has also been the President of the New Rochelle High School Scholarship Fund Corporation since the mid 1980s.

Mr. Rikoon resides in Somers, New York, is married and has two adult children
